매장 외관 (Cafe Exterior)
모어그린 양주는 장흥유원지 인근 산자락 아래에 위치해 주변이 나무와 풀로 둘러싸인 자연 뷰를 자랑하는 대형 베이커리카페였다.

건물 자체는 현대적이고 깔끔한 외관으로 1·2층 규모의 대형 카페 형태였다.

유리창이 많아 외부 풍경이 잘 보였으며, 매장 앞에는 전용 주차장이 마련되어 있어 편리하게 방문할 수 있었다.

매장은 1600평 규모의 대형 카페로 층고가 높고 통창이 넓어 답답하지 않고 탁 트인 느낌이 강했다.

2인석, 4인석, 대형 원형 소파, 단체석 등 좌석 종류가 매우 다양하게 배치되어 있었다.
(Seating options were diverse, including two-person tables, four-person tables, large round sofas, and group seating.)
인테리어는 깔끔하고 세련된 그린 톤 포인트가 있으며, 층고가 높은 2층 구조로 개방감과 쾌적함을 느낄 수 있었다.
(The interior featured a clean and stylish green-tone accent, and the high two-story structure enhanced openness and comfort.)
1층과 2층 매장 한 켠에는 다이어리와 머그컵 등 굿즈가 진열되어 있었다.

자율 포장대와 정수기, 전자레인지도 구비되어 있었다.

베이커리 코너에는 기본 소금빵부터 청양마요 소금빵, 고구마 소금빵, 찹쌀떡 소금빵, 트리플 치즈 소금빵, 참깨후추 소금빵까지 종류가 다양했다.
(The bakery corner offered a variety of salt breads, including the classic salt bread, Cheongyang mayo salt bread, sweet potato salt bread, glutinous rice cake salt bread, triple cheese salt bread, and sesame pepper salt bread.)
이렇게 여러 가지 소금빵을 한 자리에서 맛볼 수 있다는 점에서, 이곳이 소금빵 맛집이라는 느낌을 받았다.

소금빵 외에도 다양한 빵들이 준비되어 있었는데, 다른 후기 사진을 보니 진열대에는 더 많은 빵들이 있었다.

평일이라 그런지 주말보다는 빵이 다소 적은 듯한 인상을 받았다.

딸기라떼는 딸기가 듬뿍 들어가 상큼달달했다.

모어그린 양주의 소금빵은 대표 메뉴라는 느낌이 강했다.

버터향이 진하게 느껴지고, 겉은 바삭하면서 속은 쫄깃한 식감이 좋았다.

짭짤하고 고소한 맛의 조합이 입에 잘 맞아 여러 개를 먹고 싶다는 생각이 들었다.

1.5배 크기라고 하던 왕두바이 쫀득쿠키(7,300원)를 받아보니, 실제로는 평범한 크기였다.

맛도 특별한 점 없이 평범했다.

총평 (Overall Impression)
모어그린 양주는 산속 대형 베이커리카페 콘셉트답게 넓은 규모와 다양한 좌석 구성이 장점인 카페였다.
(More Green Yangju, with its mountain-side large bakery cafe concept, had a spacious layout and diverse seating options as its strengths.)
평일에 방문해 여유롭게 시간을 보낼 수 있었지만, 이번에는 초록 뷰를 제대로 보지 못해 아쉬움이 남았다.
(Visiting on a weekday allowed for a relaxed time, but I missed the full view of the greenery this time.)
주말이나 성수기에는 다소 혼잡할 수 있으나, 드라이브 코스와 함께 힐링과 맛있는 소금빵을 즐기기에 좋은 곳이었다.
