몇 주 전 위례 호수공원 근처를 산책하다가 점심 식사를 할 곳을 찾게 되었다.

자연스럽게 비와별닭갈비 스타필드 위례점에 들르게 되었다.

비와별닭갈비 스타필드 위례점은 스타필드 위례 4층에 위치해 있어 쇼핑이나 산책 후 식사하기 편리하다.

스타필드 내부에 있어 접근은 쉬웠지만, 매장까지 가는 동선이 조금 헷갈릴 수 있었다.
(It was easy to access inside Starfield, but the route to the restaurant was a bit confusing.)
주차는 스타필드 위례 주차장을 이용하면 되며, 공간은 넓은 편이다.
(Parking is available at the Starfield Wirye parking lot, which has plenty of space.)
하지만 주말에는 차량이 몰려 주차 대기 시간이 생길 수 있다.
(However, on weekends, there may be waiting time due to heavy traffic.)
매장 내부 분위기 (Interior Atmosphere)
매장 내부는 넓고 깔끔하며 밝은 느낌이었다.
(The interior was spacious, clean, and bright.)
닭갈비 전문점답게 가족 단위 손님과 직장인, 쇼핑 방문객이 모두 많았다.
(As expected from a dakgalbi specialty restaurant, there were many families, office workers, and shoppers.)
좌석은 2인석부터 4인석 중심으로 구성되어 있었다.

오픈 주방 형태로 조리 과정을 직접 볼 수 있어 위생 관리가 잘 되어 있는 느낌을 주었다.

테이블과 셀프코너 또한 청결하게 관리되고 있었다.

주문은 테이블에서 키오스크를 통해 진행된다.

기본 세팅과 반찬은 셀프바에서 자유롭게 추가할 수 있다.

원조 전통 닭갈비 2인분을 주문했으며, 조리가 거의 완료된 상태로 제공되어 잠시만 더 익히면 바로 먹을 수 있었다.
(I ordered two servings of Original Traditional Dakgalbi, which came almost fully cooked, so it could be eaten after a short wait.)
양념은 매콤하면서 맛있었고, 닭고기는 부드러웠으며 양념이 잘 배어 있었다.
(The sauce was deliciously spicy, the chicken was tender, and the flavor was well absorbed.)
닭갈비에는 양배추, 떡, 고구마 등이 들어 있어 철판 요리 특유의 풍성함을 느낄 수 있었다.

볶음밥도 1인분 주문했으며, 직원이 직접 볶아주어 맛있게 즐길 수 있었다.
