위례서일로 쪽에 자리한 항아리보쌈 위례점, 예전에 한 번 방문했던 곳인데 완전히 달라진 모습에 놀랐다.
(Located along Wirye Seoillo, this place had completely transformed since my last visit.)
간판부터 내부 인테리어까지 리모델링을 거쳐 전보다 훨씬 깔끔하고 세련된 분위기였다.

매장 분위기 (Interior Atmosphere)
우드톤 인테리어에 식물 그림 벽화가 인상적이었다.
(The wood-tone interior paired with botanical wall murals made for a warm, inviting atmosphere.)
오픈 키친 구조라 주방이 살짝 보였고, 테이블석과 벤치 소파석이 섞여 있어 혼밥이든 2인이든 편하게 앉을 수 있었다. (The open kitchen layout gave a glimpse into the cooking area, and the mix of table and bench sofa seating worked well for both solo diners and couples.)
오후 1시가 넘은 시간에도 자리가 꽤 찰 정도로 손님이 많았다.

영업시간은 11:30~21:50이며 브레이크타임은 15:00~16:30이다.

점심 특선 메뉴는 오전 11:30부터 오후 3시까지 운영된다.

보쌈정식 1인 12,000원, 보쌈정식 세트 1인 15,000원(2인 이상 주문 가능), 막국수(소) 9,000원으로 구성되어 있다. (Options include a solo bossam set meal for 12,000 won, a premium set with naengmyeon for 15,000 won per person for two or more, and a small buckwheat noodle dish for 9,000 won.)
이날은 세트 메뉴를 미처 확인 못 하고 기본 보쌈정식을 주문했는데, 다음엔 꼭 세트로 먹을 생각이다.

보쌈정식 후기 (Bossam Set Meal Review)
주문 후 바로 물과 물티슈를 가져다 주셨고, 잠시 후 반찬들이 먼저 세팅됐다.
(Water and wet wipes were brought out right after ordering, followed shortly by the side dishes.)
파김치, 마늘, 쌈장, 파무침, 상추 등 기본 반찬 구성이 알차고 고기와 잘 어울렸다.
(The banchan spread — green onion kimchi, garlic, ssamjang, green onion salad, and lettuce — was generous and paired perfectly with the meat.)
된장국은 콩나물과 채소가 들어간 구수한 스타일로 건더기도 많고 양도 넉넉했다.
(The doenjang jjigae was hearty and rustic, loaded with bean sprouts and vegetables — a great accompaniment to the bossam.)
보쌈 고기는 잡내 없이 깔끔했고, 지방층이 있어도 전혀 느끼하지 않았다.
(The pork was clean-tasting with no off-putting smell, and despite the fat layer, it wasn't greasy at all.)
예전에 왔을 때도 맛있었는데 변함없이 맛있었다. (It was delicious the first time I visited, and that quality has remained consistent.)

매장 바로 앞 주차장이 있지만 점심 피크타임엔 만차인 경우가 많다.

그럴 땐 도보 1~2분 거리의 서일로마을 공영주차장을 이용하면 된다.

총평 (Final Thoughts)
위례에서 보쌈 한 끼 제대로 먹고 싶다면 여기가 답이다.

리모델링 후 분위기도 좋아졌고, 고기 퀄리티도 변함없이 훌륭하다.
(The renovation has elevated the ambiance, and the meat quality remains as good as ever.)
점심 특선이 12,000원부터 시작하니 가성비도 충분히 납득이 간다.
