위례 중학교 근처 샤샤커피 위례카페마을점을 다녀왔다.
(I visited Shasha Coffee, located near Wirye Middle School in the Wirye Cafe Village area.)
집 근처에 새로 오픈한 커피숍이 있다는 건 알고 있었는데, 언제 한번 가봐야지 하면서 계속 미루다가 드디어 가보게 됐다.
(I'd known about this newly opened café near my place for a while, but kept putting it off — until I finally made it there.)
매장 외관 & 내부 (Exterior & Interior)
매장 안을 잠깐 둘러보니 아이보리, 화이트, 우드 톤으로 정갈하게 꾸며져 있었다.
(Inside, the space was neatly decorated in ivory, white, and wood tones.)
규모는 크지 않지만 창가 자리가 있어서 채광이 좋고, 앉아 있으면 아담하게 아늑한 느낌이 날 것 같았다.
(It's not a large space, but the window seating lets in plenty of natural light, giving the place a cozy, intimate feel.)
메뉴 & 가격 (Menu & Pricing)
생각보다 메뉴 구성이 꽤 다양했다.
(The menu turned out to be more varied than I expected.)
그냥 아메리카노, 라떼 몇 가지 하는 소규모 카페인 줄 알았는데, 들어가서 벽면 메뉴판을 보니 커피, 논커피, 에이드, 라떼, 리얼 스무디, 요거트 스무디, 티, 디저트까지 항목이 꽤 됐다.
(I assumed it would just be a simple café with a handful of coffee options, but the wall menu covered coffee, non-coffee, ades, lattes, real smoothies, yogurt smoothies, teas, and desserts.)
흑임자크림라떼, 제주말차라떼, 강화쑥차라떼, 콩깨라떼, 딥초코라떼 같은 메뉴들이 줄줄이 있어서 '아, 여기 메뉴 공들였구나' 싶었다.
(Seeing items like black sesame cream latte, Jeju matcha latte, Ganghwa mugwort latte, soy sesame latte, and deep chocolate latte lined up on the board, I thought — this place clearly put thought into the menu.)
쇼케이스에는 말렌카 케이크, 레인보우 조각케이크, 다쿠아즈 같은 디저트도 놓여 있었다.
(The display case held desserts including Marlenka cake, rainbow slice cake, and dacquoise.)
주문 메뉴 (What I Ordered)
주문은 키오스크로 하면 되고, 성남사랑상품권으로 결제할 경우에는 카운터에서 따로 하면 된다.
(Orders are placed via kiosk; if paying with Seongnam Love Gift Certificates, you'll need to go to the counter instead.)
나는 아이스 라떼를 주문했다. 가격은 3,500원으로, 부담 없는 편이다.
(I ordered an iced latte, priced at 3,500 won — quite reasonable.)
테이크아웃 할인은 별도로 없었다.
(There was no separate takeout discount.)
라떼를 한 모금 마셨는데, 고소했다.
(The first sip was noticeably nutty and rich.)
밍밍하거나 우유 맛만 나는 그런 라떼가 아니고, 에스프레소 베이스가 제대로 느껴지면서 고소한 풍미가 났다.
(It wasn't the kind of latte that tastes flat or just milky — the espresso base came through clearly, with a satisfying depth of flavor.)
테이크아웃 컵을 들고 걸어가면서 마셨는데도 끝까지 맛이 유지됐다.
(Even drinking it on the go, the taste held up all the way to the last sip.)
총평 (Overall)
이번엔 테이크아웃으로 후다닥 나왔는데, 다음엔 잠시 앉았다 가야겠다 싶었다.
(This time I grabbed it to go, but next time I'd like to sit and stay a while.)
가보니 분위기가 생각보다 편안했고, 오픈한 지 얼마 안 됐음에도 재방문 후기들이 벌써 올라오고 있다는 게 괜히 그런 게 아니구나 싶었다.
(The atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd imagined, and seeing repeat-visit reviews already popping up for a newly opened spot made complete sense.)
위례카페마을에서 가성비 있고 맛도 잡은 라떼를 찾는다면, 샤샤커피는 한 번쯤 들러볼 만한 곳이다.
(If you're looking for a well-priced latte that actually delivers on flavor in the Wirye Cafe Village area, Shasha Coffee is well worth a visit.)
