얼마 전 방문한 노경성 양고기집은 자주 찾는 단골집 중 한 곳이다.

아삭한 무채와 간장양파, 짭조름한 짜사이가 함께 나왔고, 쯔란과 카레가루 양념이 따로 제공되었다.

이번 방문에서는 양갈비살꼬치 4인분, 마라탕 한 그릇, 청하 2병을 주문했다.

사장님이 마늘꼬치를 서비스로 내어주셔서 더 맛있게 먹을 수 있었다.

겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드러워 육즙이 그대로 살아 있었고, 잡내는 전혀 없었다.

쯔란가루에 찍으면 향이 진하게 퍼지고, 카레가루에 찍으면 또 다른 풍미가 느껴졌다.

함께 주문한 마라탕은 숙주, 건두부, 배추 등 재료가 푸짐하게 들어 있었다.

향신료 맛이 약간 있었지만 과하지 않아 아이들과 함께 먹기에도 무난했다.

위례에서 양고기가 생각나거나 술 한잔이 마시고 싶은 날, 부담 없이 들러 편하게 즐길 수 있는 곳이었다.

분위기가 좋아 늦은 저녁에도 여유롭게 이야기 나누기 좋았고, 다음에도 또 찾고 싶은 집이었다.
