연말 준비로 트레이더스 위례점을 들렀다가 겨울 시즌 딸기 케이크가 본격적으로 진열된 모습을 보고 살펴보게 되었다.

진열대에서도 바로 눈길이 갈 정도로 딸기가 풍성하게 올라간 케이크였다.

윗면에는 큼직한 딸기가 촘촘하게 자리 잡고 있고, 측면도 슬라이스 딸기가 둘러져 있어 전체적으로 과일 양이 넉넉해 보인다.

크림층도 두툼한 편이라 크림 맛을 좋아하는 분들에게 만족감이 있을 만한 구성이다.

화이트–핑크–초코 색감이 층층이 반복된 구조라 깔끔하면서도 화사한 느낌이 있었다.

윗면에는 부드럽게 소용돌이처럼 짜인 생크림과 딸기가 올려져 있어 은은하게 포근한 분위기를 만든다.
