모르는 동네에 가면 네이버 방문자 후기를 주로 참고하는 편이다.

그간 리뷰 믿고 갔다가 실망스러웠던 곳도 있었고, 기대만큼은 아니었던 곳들도 있었다.
(There were places that disappointed me despite good reviews, and others that didn't quite meet my expectations.)
그런데 이곳은 달랐다.

기대 그 이상이었고, 다녀온 뒤 주변에 추천하고 싶은 카페가 하나 생겼다.

평일 오전에 방문해서인지 사람이 많지 않아 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었다.
(Perhaps because I visited on a weekday morning, it wasn't crowded, and I could enjoy the space at my own pace.)
이런 곳이 인기가 없을 리 없을 것 같아서, 방문 시간을 잘 맞춘 것 같다는 생각도 들었다.

매장 외관 (Exterior)
외관부터가 예뻤다.
(The exterior was already beautiful.)
입구에는 자동문이 있고, 문 앞에 작은 화분들이 놓여 있었다.

그 자동문 하나조차도 기분 좋게 만드는 곳이었다.
(Even that single automatic door was enough to put me in a good mood.)
안으로 들어가기 전부터 기대감이 생겼다.

매장 내부 — 1층, 2층 공간 구성 (Interior — 1F and 2F Layout)
1층 공간 (1st Floor)
들어가면 왼쪽에 카운터가 있었다.

주문은 카운터 앞에서 하면 된다.

1층은 통창으로 자연광이 잘 들어오고, 2인석, 4인석으로 원목 테이블마다 스탠드 램프가 놓여 있었다.
(The first floor has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, with wooden tables for two and four, each topped with a standing lamp.)
테이블 위에는 가죽 매트가 깔려 있었다.
(Leather mats were laid out on each table.)
창가 자리도 인상적이었다.
(The window seats were particularly impressive.)
통창 너머로 초록빛 가로수가 보이고, 테이블에 작은 꽃 한 송이까지 놓여 있어 혼자 조용히 앉아 있기에 딱 좋은 자리였다.
(Through the large window you can see lush green trees, and a small flower on the table made it a perfect spot to sit alone quietly.)
혼자 온 터라 창가 자리에 앉으려다가 2층이 궁금해서 올라가봤다.
(I was going to take a window seat since I came alone, but curiosity about the second floor got the better of me.)
막상 올라가보니 책 읽기엔 2층이 더 좋을 것 같아 자리를 옮겼다.

별도 테이블에는 EARLY MORNING, NOON, AFTER NOON, EVENING 등 하루의 시간대를 이름으로 한 블렌딩티들이 유리 용기에 찻잎을 담아 전시되어 있었다.
(On a separate table, blending teas named after times of day — EARLY MORNING, NOON, AFTER NOON, EVENING — were displayed in glass jars filled with tea leaves.)
각 차마다 블렌딩 재료, 효능, 카페인 유무가 카드로 설명되어 있어 고르는 재미가 있었다.
(Each tea had a card explaining the blending ingredients, effects, and whether it contained caffeine, making the selection process genuinely enjoyable.)
저녁 방문자들을 위한 배려가 느껴졌다.

쇼케이스에는 다양한 디저트들이 준비되어 있었다.

소금빵(3,200원), 바스크 치즈케이크(4,800원), 흑임자 파운드(4,800원), 솔티 카라멜 파운드(4,800원), 레몬 파운드, 초코 쉬폰 케이크(6,500원)까지 종류가 꽤 다양했다.

2층에는 분위기가 또 달랐다.

도서관 열람실 같은 구조로, 긴 원목 테이블과 스탠드 램프가 줄지어 있어 집중하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 공간이었다.
(Structured like a library reading room, with long wooden tables and standing lamps in a row — it was an ideal space for focus and concentration.)
유리로 된 세미나룸 형태의 별도 공간도 있었는데, 소규모 모임이나 스터디 용도로 쓸 수 있을 것 같았다.
