브랜드명은 '10000 LAB COFFEE'.

카운터 위에 원두 샘플을 품종별로 진열해두고 고객이 직접 골라 주문하는 방식이었다.

매장 내부 (Interior)
공간은 1층 단일 구조였는데, 나무 소재 원형 테이블과 원목 의자 조합의 좌석이 꽤 많았다.
(The café is a single-floor space with plenty of seating — round wooden tables paired with solid wood chairs throughout.)
테이블 간격도 적당해서 옆 테이블 신경 쓰이지 않고 앉아 있을 수 있었다.

무엇보다 통창으로 창곡천이 바로 보였다.

산책로와 수로, 그 너머 아파트 단지까지 한눈에 들어오는 뷰였는데, 비 오는 날이었는데도 짙은 초록이 오히려 운치 있었다.
(The walking path, stream, and apartment buildings beyond are all visible at once — and even on a rainy day, the deep green felt atmospheric rather than gloomy.)
야외석도 있었다.

테이블 몇 개가 데크 위에 배치되어 있었는데, 날씨 좋은 날에는 꽤 쾌적할 것 같다.

이번에 주문한 건 시그니처 메뉴인 만 라떼(5,200원)였다.

잔 위로 크림이 봉긋하게 올라와 있었고, 잔 안쪽으로는 에스프레소가 흘러내리며 만든 그러데이션이 보였다.

비주얼부터가 시그니처답게 신경 쓴 티가 났다.
(Even visually, it was clear that care had gone into this signature drink.)
맛은 크림이 주도하는 타입이었다.

부드럽고 달달한 크림 아래로 진한 에스프레소가 받쳐주는 구조였는데, 섞어 마시면 단맛과 쓴맛의 비율이 자연스럽게 조절됐다.

달지 않은 커피를 선호한다면 취향이 갈릴 수 있었다.

텐퍼센트가 있던 자리에 만랩커피가 들어오면서 공간은 그대로, 커피는 달라졌다.

스페셜티 원두를 직접 고르는 재미가 있고 가격도 부담 없는 수준이었다.

창곡천 뷰는 여전히 위례 카페마을에서 손꼽히는 자리였고, 좌석도 넉넉해 여유롭게 앉아 있기 좋았다.

시그니처 만 라떼는 달달한 크림커피를 좋아한다면 한 번쯤 시켜볼 만했다.
