오늘은 잠실새내역 근처에 있는 커피바이 로스터스(Coffee Buy Roasters) 후기를 남겨보려고 한다.

위치와 입구, 이건 꼭 알고 가자 (Location and Entrance: Something You Should Know Before You Go)
매장은 2층에 자리하고 있다.
(The café is located on the second floor.)
나는 처음 방문할 때 건물 외부의 가파른 계단으로 올라갔는데, 경사가 상당히 급해서 비가 오는 날에는 미끄러질 위험이 있어 보였다.
(On my first visit, I climbed the steep outdoor stairs, and the incline was quite sharp, so it looked risky to slip on rainy days.)
조심스럽게 올라가야 했다.

그런데 나올 때 보니 반대편에 완만한 다른 입구가 따로 있었다.
(However, on my way out, I noticed there was a separate, gentler entrance on the other side.)
다음에 방문한다면, 혹은 이 글을 보고 찾아가실 분들이라면 그 입구를 이용하는 걸 추천한다.

특히 비 오는 날이나 어르신, 아이와 함께 가는 경우라면 더더욱 그렇다.
(This is especially true on rainy days or when going with elderly family members or children.)
매장 분위기 - 넓지만 금세 채워지는 인기 (Café Atmosphere: Spacious, But Fills Up Fast)
평일 오후 1시 30분쯤 도착했을 때는 매장 자체가 꽤 넓은 편이라 여유 있게 자리를 잡았는데, 시간이 조금 지나자 어느새 빈자리가 거의 없을 정도로 사람들로 채워졌다.
(When I arrived around 1:30 PM on a weekday, the café was quite spacious, so I found a seat comfortably, but before long, it filled up with people until there were almost no empty seats.)
이 정도 속도로 자리가 차는 걸 보니 근방에서 확실히 인기 있는 카페라는 생각이 들었다.

그리고 커피를 마시는 공간 외에 한쪽에 커피 교육을 위한 공간이 따로 마련되어 있었다.
(Also, apart from the seating area for drinking coffee, there was a separate space set up for coffee education.)
로스팅, 브루잉, 바리스타, 센서리 등 다양한 커피 관련 자격증 과정 안내 자료들이 비치되어 있어서, 단순한 카페를 넘어 커피 아카데미 역할도 함께 하고 있는 곳이라는 인상을 받았다.
(There were informational materials on various coffee certification courses like roasting, brewing, barista skills, and sensory evaluation, giving the impression that this place functions as a coffee academy as well as a simple café.)

주문 메뉴 - 아이스 아메리카노 & 바로구운 치즈케이크 (What We Ordered: Iced Americano & Freshly Baked Cheesecake)
이번에 주문한 메뉴는 아이스 아메리카노(5,300원)와 바로구운 치즈케이크(10,000원)였다.
(What I ordered this time was an iced Americano (5,300 won) and freshly baked cheesecake (10,000 won).)
아메리카노는 뒷맛이 깔끔해서 부담 없이 홀짝이기 좋았다.
(The Americano had a clean aftertaste, making it easy to sip without any heaviness.)
치즈케이크는 주문 후 약 25분 정도 소요된다는 안내를 받았다.
(I was informed that the cheesecake would take about 25 minutes after ordering.)
커피를 마시며 수다를 떨고 있으니 잠시 후 따뜻한 상태의 치즈케이크를 직접 가져다주셨다.

요즘은 커피는 물론 디저트도 셀프로 가져가는 곳이 많은데, 이곳은 주문한 메뉴를 직접 자리까지 가져다주셔서 오히려 반갑게 느껴졌다.

요즘 카페에서는 보기 드문 서비스라 더 좋았던 것 같다.

치즈케이크는 겉은 노릇하게 구워져 바삭한 식감이었고, 속은 마치 수플레처럼 부드럽고 폭신했다.
