위례에 문을 연 지 얼마 되지 않은 담가화로구이에 들렀다.

입구부터 넓게 펼쳐진 홀이 눈에 들어왔고, 자리 간격도 충분해 답답함 없이 편하게 머물기 좋았다.
(The hall was spacious with generous table spacing, making the overall atmosphere comfortable.)
오픈 초기라 매장은 매우 깨끗했고 직원분들도 차분하고 친절하게 응대해 주는 편이었다.
(Since it’s still in the early opening stage, the space felt noticeably clean and the staff’s friendly tone added to the experience.)
고기 주문 — 숙성 갈비살 & 큐브 눈꽃살 (MEAT ORDER — AGED RIB MEAT & CUBE SNOW MARBLING BEEF)
기본 반찬은 심플한 구성으로 세팅되는데, 고기와 함께 먹기에는 무난했지만 조금 더 다양해도 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다.

이날은 숙성 갈비살과 큐브 눈꽃살을 선택했다.
(For this visit, I ordered the aged rib meat and cube-shaped snow marbling beef.)
큐브 눈꽃살은 마블링이 고르게 들어 있어 굽는 동안 육즙이 잘 보존되었고, 한 점 먹으면 고소함이 먼저 퍼졌다.
(The cube beef had balanced marbling, keeping its juiciness while grilling and delivering a rich savory flavor.)
갈비살도 부드럽고 질기지 않아 먹기 편했다.
(The rib meat was tender and easy to enjoy without any toughness.)
무엇보다 은은한 숯불 향이 자연스럽게 배어 고기의 풍미를 한 번 더 끌어올려 주었다.
(The subtle charcoal aroma added a pleasant depth to every bite.)
매장 환경 & 주차 편의성 (ENVIRONMENT & PARKING)
홀 전체가 넓게 구성되어 있어 연기가 빠르게 올라가 불편함이 적었다.
(The wide hall layout allowed smoke to disperse quickly, helping maintain a comfortable dining atmosphere.)
주차는 건물 주차빌딩 이용 시 2시간 무료라 접근성이 좋았다.
(Parking was convenient with two hours of free parking when using the building’s lot.)
총평 — 새 매장의 깔끔함 + 고기 맛의 만족감 (OVERALL — CLEAN SPACE & SATISFYING MEAT QUALITY)
새로 오픈한 곳이라 전체적으로 정돈이 잘 되어 있었고, 고기 맛은 기대 이상으로 만족스러웠다.
(As a newly opened restaurant, the space felt well-maintained and the quality of the meat exceeded expectations.)
가까운 시일 안에 다시 방문하고 싶은 고기집이었다.
