위례광장 우이동멸치국수가 있던 자리에 해룡마을국수집이 새롭게 문을 열어 점심시간에 들르게 되었다.

가게 외관은 밝고 정돈된 느낌이었고, 입구의 간판과 메뉴 안내가 눈에 잘 보여 찾기 쉬웠다.

1. 내부 분위기 ( Interior Atmosphere)
문을 열면 노란색 포인트 컬러가 가장 먼저 눈에 들어온다.
깔끔하게 정리된 테이블과 넉넉한 간격이 있어 혼밥하기에도 편안한 구조였다.

주방은 오픈형 구조로 조리 과정이 자연스럽게 보였다.
신규 오픈 매장 특유의 산뜻한 분위기가 있었다.

입구 옆 키오스크에서 주문하면 되고, 자리에 앉아 있으면 직원분이 직접 음식과 식기를 가져다준다.

한쪽에는 셀프 코너가 준비되어 있다.
김치, 깍두기, 어묵볶음, 단무지 등이 가지런히 놓여 있고 앞접시, 스테인리스 대접, 숟가락과 포크까지 모두 잘 정돈된 모습이었다.

깔끔하게 관리된 느낌이라 필요한 만큼 편하게 가져오기 좋았다.

민물새우탕 칼국수는 국물에 새우 향이 제대로 배어 있는 스타일이었다.
작은 민물새우가 넉넉하게 들어 있어 감칠맛이 잘 살아났고 면발은 적당한 두께라 국물과 잘 어울렸다.

김밥은 기본에 충실한 구성으로 밥과 재료의 간이 과하지 않고 함께 곁들이기 좋았다.

새로 오픈한 매장답게 전체적으로 깔끔했고 국물·면·반찬 모두 조화롭게 잘 맞았다.
