매장 외관과 위치 (Store Exterior & Location)
위례광장로 290 상가동 1층에 자리한 한솥도시락 위례중앙점은 외관이 단정하고 찾기 쉬운 위치에 있었다.

내부와 주문 동선 (Interior & Ordering Flow)
입구 앞에는 키오스크가 있어 줄 서지 않고 바로 주문할 수 있었고, 주문대 앞 음료 냉장고와 메뉴판이 깔끔하게 정리돼 있었다.

가게 안쪽은 반오픈 주방이라 조리 흐름이 자연스럽게 보였고, 셀프 정수기와 쓰레기 정리 공간도 잘 정돈돼 있었다.

매장은 큰 편은 아니지만 동선이 잘 짜여 있어 도시락을 기다릴 때도 불편함이 없었고, 창가 바 테이블이 있어 혼자 이용하기에도 편했다.

한솥답게 메뉴 종류가 다양해 선택 폭이 넓었다. 치킨마요, 치킨까스, 떡함박, 제육볶음 도시락 등 인기 메뉴들이 잘 준비돼 있었다.

돼지불백은 양념이 과하지 않아 담백한 맛이었다.

돈까스 소스와 탕수육 소스는 따로 동봉돼 있어 취향에 맞게 곁들여 먹기 좋았다.

전반적으로 도시락의 양과 맛이 일정하게 잘 나오는 곳이었다. 가격도 합리적이며 포장이 빠르고 매장이 깔끔해 바쁜 날 들르기 좋았다.
