위례에서 남한산성까지는 차로 멀지 않아 날씨 좋은 날이면 종종 드라이브 겸 카페를 찾곤 한다.

오늘은 벚꽃이 한창이라는 소식을 듣고 계획 없이 나서게 되었고, 아직 가보지 않은 시옷(SIOT)에 방문하게 되었다.

시옷은 외관부터 눈에 띄었다.

주차장은 사진 속 공간 외에도 추가로 마련되어 있었지만, 주말에는 붐빌 수 있을 것 같았다.

실내 공간 — 1층과 2층 뷰 카페 (Interior — Two-Floor View Cafe)
실내는 1층과 2층으로 나뉘어 있었다.

1층은 콘크리트 소재의 벤치형 좌석이 곡선으로 이어지는 구조였다.

좌석이 전면 통창을 향해 나란히 배치되어 있어 일행과 마주 보지 않고 같은 방향, 즉 야외 정원과 산 풍경을 함께 바라보며 앉는 형태였다.

좌석 앞 유리 너머로는 자갈과 조경 식물로 꾸민 미니 정원이 있었고, 그 바깥으로 목조 정자와 야외 라운지가 이어졌다.

전체적인 인테리어는 화이트 톤 벽면에 짙은 나무 소재 가구가 어우러져 미니멀하면서도 따뜻한 분위기였다. (Overall, white walls paired with dark wood furniture created a minimal yet warm atmosphere.)
오픈한 지 오래되지 않아서인지 2층에서는 아직 새 가구 냄새가 느껴졌다.

야외 공간이 생각보다 훨씬 넓었다.

파고라 형태의 텐트 테이블도 여럿 배치되어 있어 날 좋은 날엔 야외에서 충분히 즐길 수 있었다.

베이커리 — 직접 반죽 당일 생산 (Bakery — Made Fresh Every Morning)
베이커리 진열대 옆 안내판에는 직접 반죽해 매일 아침 천천히 구워내며, 당일 생산·당일 판매 원칙을 지킨다고 쓰여 있었다.
