매장 외부 (Exterior)
5월이 되니 날이 더워지면서 빙수가 생각났다.
(As May arrived and the weather got warmer, I started craving bingsu.)
위례 아이플렉스 2층에 자리한 설빙 위례중앙점을 찾았다.
(I visited Sul·bing Wirye Jungang Branch, located on the 2nd floor of iPlex in Wirye.)
매장 내부 (Interior)
홀이 넓고 좌석 수가 많아 웬만한 시간대에는 자리 걱정을 덜 수 있었다.
(The hall is spacious with plenty of seats, so finding a table is rarely an issue.)
천장이 높고 통유리 창으로 자연광이 들어와 답답하지 않은 분위기였다.
(With high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows letting in natural light, the atmosphere felt open and comfortable.)
내부는 전반적으로 청결했고, 퇴식구가 따로 마련된 셀프 반납 방식으로 운영되고 있었다.
(The interior was clean overall, and the café operates a self-return system with a designated tray return station.)
음식물 외부 반입은 금지라는 안내문도 입구에 붙어 있었다.
(A notice at the entrance stated that outside food and beverages are not permitted.)
주문 방법 (How to Order)
주문은 키오스크로 했다.
(Orders are placed at a self-service kiosk.)
화면이 크고 메뉴 사진이 잘 나와 있어 고르기 어렵지 않았다.
(The screen is large and menu photos are clearly displayed, making it easy to decide.)
메뉴 (Menu)
메뉴 구성은 생각보다 다양했다.
(The menu turned out to be more varied than expected.)
빙수만 해도 인절미·말차·딸기·두바이초코·티라미수·치즈 등 20종이 넘었다.
(Bingsu alone offered over 20 varieties, including injeolmi, matcha, strawberry, Dubai choco, tiramisu, and cheese.)
시즌 메뉴로는 생딸기 라인업인 'Berry Much Sulbing'과 말차 라인업 'My Matcha'가 운영 중이었다.
(Current seasonal lineups included the fresh strawberry series 'Berry Much Sulbing' and the matcha series 'My Matcha.')
사이드 메뉴로는 인절미토스트·떡볶이·츄러스·크로플 등도 갖추고 있었고, 커피·라떼·스무디 등 음료도 별도로 판매하고 있었다.
(Side dishes such as injeolmi toast, tteokbokki, churros, and croffle were also available, along with drinks including coffee, lattes, and smoothies.)
주문 메뉴 (What I Ordered)
이번에 주문한 건 생딸기설빙(13,900원)이었다.
(I ordered the Fresh Strawberry Bingsu, priced at 13,900 won.)
주문 시 토핑으로 바닐라 아이스크림과 찹쌀떡 중에 선택이 가능했는데, 아이스크림을 선택했다.
(At the time of ordering, I could choose between vanilla ice cream or rice cake as a topping — I went with ice cream.)
나온 비주얼이 기대 이상이었다.
(The presentation exceeded my expectations.)
잘게 썬 생딸기가 빙수 위를 빼곡하게 덮고 있었고, 가운데 바닐라 아이스크림 한 스쿱 위에 딸기 한 알이 얹혀 있었다. (Finely sliced fresh strawberries completely covered the bingsu, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center topped with a whole strawberry.)
연유도 같이 나왔다.
(A small cup of condensed milk was served on the side.)
맛은 딸기 본연의 산미가 살아 있었다.
(The natural tartness of fresh strawberries came through clearly.)
달콤새콤한 맛이 함께였다.
(It had a nice balance of sweetness and acidity.)
우유 얼음은 부드럽게 녹았고, 아이스크림과 함께 먹으면 고소함이 더해져 맛의 균형이 좋았다.
(The milk ice melted smoothly, and eating it together with the ice cream added a rich, creamy note that rounded out the flavors nicely.)
양은 2인이 먹기 충분했다.
(The portion was generous enough for two people to share.)
총평 (Final Thoughts)
전에 한여름에 방문했을 때는 사람이 정말 많았는데, 이번에는 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었다.
(When I visited in the middle of summer before, it was packed — this time I could enjoy it at a comfortable pace.)
좌석이 넉넉해 천천히 앉아 있기 좋은 곳이었고, 생딸기설빙은 가격(13,900원) 대비 만족도가 나쁘지 않았다.
(With plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere, it's a good spot to linger, and the Fresh Strawberry Bingsu offered decent value for the price.)
메뉴 종류도 다양한 만큼 올여름 자주 찾게 될 것 같다.
(With such a wide variety on the menu, I have a feeling I'll be coming back quite a few times this summer.)
