위례 중앙타워 건물에 위치해있어 위치가 좋아 종종 방문하곤 하는 투썸플레이스에 약속이 있어 평일 오전 9시 들려보았다.
(I often visit this A Twosome Place because it's conveniently located in the Wirye Jungang Tower building, and this time I stopped by at 9AM on a weekday for an appointment.)
오전 9시에는 처음 가봤는데 그래서인지 사람도 없고 깨끗해서 머물기 더 좋았다.
(It was my first time going at 9AM, and maybe because of that, there was no one around and it was clean, making it even nicer to stay.)
오후에 오면 사람도 너무 많고 정리도 잘 안되어있곤 했는데, 그럼에도 이 근처에 이렇게 넓은 카페는 거의 없다.
(When I come in the afternoon, it's usually too crowded and not well-tidied, but even so, there's hardly another cafe this spacious nearby.)
매장외관 (Exterior)
빨간 어닝과 큼직한 간판이 눈에 띄어 멀리서도 찾기 쉽다.
(The red awnings and large signage stand out, making it easy to spot from a distance.)
신한은행이 있는 건물 1층에 자리해있어 위례 중앙타워를 찾는 사람이라면 누구나 한 번쯤 지나치게 되는 위치다.
(It's located on the first floor of the building that houses Shinhan Bank, so anyone visiting Wirye Jungang Tower is bound to pass by it at some point.)
매장 내부 (Interior)
이른 시간이라 그런지 자리가 거의 텅 비어있었고 테이블 정리도 깔끔했다.
(Maybe because it was early, the seats were almost completely empty and the tables were neatly arranged.)
픽업 카운터 쪽엔 테이블오더 QR코드와 주차 2시간 할인 안내가 붙어있었다.
(Near the pickup counter, there were signs for table-order QR codes and a notice about the 2-hour parking discount.)
한쪽엔 핑구x투썸 콜라보 굿즈 (피규어 키링, 양우산, 피크닉백, 서머 텀블러)와 하이드로플라스크 제품들이 진열돼있었다.
(On one side, Pingu x Twosome collaboration goods — figure keyrings, foldable umbrellas, picnic bags, summer tumblers — were displayed alongside Hydro Flask products.)
케이크 쇼케이스에는 말차 바스크 치즈케이크, 두초생 미니, 금귤생 등 다양한 디저트가 줄지어있었다.
(The cake showcase was lined with various desserts including Matcha Basque Cheesecake, Mini Dubai-style Grape Cake, and Mandarin Fresh Cream Cake.)
주문음료 - 수박주스(6,500원) (Drink Ordered – Watermelon Juice, 6,500 KRW)
수박주스 후기가 좋아 주문해봤는데 씨가 자꾸 입안에 걸려서 먹기 좋지 않았다.
(I ordered the watermelon juice because of its good reviews, but the seeds kept getting caught in my mouth, which wasn't pleasant.)
꽤 많은 씨가루들이 있어 이날만 그런 건지는 모르겠지만 마시기 불편했다.
(There were quite a lot of tiny seed bits, and I'm not sure if it was just that day, but it was uncomfortable to drink.)
총평 (Overall Review)
위례 중앙타워 안에 위치해있어 위례 중앙광장 쪽에서 약속 잡기 좋고, 매장이 워낙 넓다보니 인원이 많은 모임으로 가기에도 부담이 없는 곳이다.
(Being located inside Wirye Jungang Tower, it's a great spot for meeting near Wirye Central Plaza, and since the store is so spacious, it's also comfortable for larger group gatherings.)
평일 오전엔 사람이 거의 없어 조용히 머물기 좋았지만, 오후엔 사람이 몰리고 정리가 잘 안되어있을 때도 있어서 시간대에 따라 분위기 차이가 꽤 크다.
(Weekday mornings are nearly empty and great for quiet time, but in the afternoons it gets crowded and sometimes isn't well-tidied, so the atmosphere varies a lot depending on the time of day.)
수박주스는 씨가 자꾸 걸려서 아쉬웠지만, 위치와 공간 자체는 위례에서 손꼽힐 만큼 넓고 접근성 좋은 카페라 종종 찾게 되는 것 같다.
(The watermelon juice was disappointing because of the seeds, but the location and space itself are among the most spacious and accessible in Wirye, which is why I keep coming back.)
