매장 외관 (Store Exterior)
동네에는 명랑핫도그가 없어서 아쉬웠는데, 모란에 갔다가 매장이 보이길래 반가운 마음에 들르게 되었다
(There was no Myungrang Hotdog in my neighborhood, which was disappointing, but when I spotted a branch while I was in Moran, I happily decided to stop by.)
한때는 핫도그 전문점이 유행이라 동네에도 나란히 핫도그집이 생겼었는데 지금은 다 없어져서 아쉬웠던 참이었다.
(Hotdog specialty shops were once trendy, and several had opened side by side in my neighborhood too, but they had all since closed, which I found a bit sad.)
이렇게 명랑핫도그 매장을 다시 보니 예전 그 인기가 다시 생각나는 기분이었다.
(Seeing a Myungrang Hotdog branch again brought back memories of that earlier popularity.)
주문 (Ordering)
매장은 명랑핫도그 성남 모란역점이었고, 3명이서 먹을 예정이라 메뉴 구성을 고민했다.
(The branch was Myungrang Hotdog's Seongnam Moran Station location, and since three of us were eating together, I thought carefully about what to order.)
핫도그 세트는 핫도그가 5개 구성이라 떡볶이 세트로 방향을 바꾸었다.
(The hotdog set came with 5 hotdogs, which didn't quite fit our group, so I switched to a tteokbokki set instead.)
주문은 키오스크에서 했고, 주문한 메뉴는 럭키 로제떡볶이 세트(17,600원)였고, 여기에 핫도그를 하나 추가했다.
(I placed the order at the kiosk, choosing the Lucky Rosé Tteokbokki Set (17,600 won) and adding one extra hotdog.)
떡볶이는 맵기 조절이 가능해서 순한맛으로 선택했다.
(Since the spice level was adjustable, I chose the mild option.)
매장 분위기 (Store Atmosphere)
주문 후 매장 내부를 둘러보니, 꽤 오랜 시간 이 자리를 지켜온 듯한 분위기가 느껴졌다.
(After ordering, I looked around the interior and got the sense that this place had been here for quite a long time.)
매장 입구 쪽에는 대기용 의자가 마련되어 있었다.
(Near the entrance, there were chairs set up for waiting customers.)
짙은 카키색 가죽 소재의 벤치형 좌석이 나란히 놓여 있었고, 그 옆으로는 동그란 가죽 스툴도 함께 있었다.
(Dark khaki leather bench-style seats were lined up together, and next to them was a round leather stool as well.)
좌석 곳곳에 사용감이 묻어나 있어, 그동안 많은 손님들이 다녀갔음을 짐작할 수 있었다.
(The seats showed clear signs of wear, suggesting that many customers had passed through over the years.)
주문 당시 매장에는 손님이 한 분뿐이어서 생각보다 오래 기다리지 않고 받을 수 있었다.
(At the time I ordered, there was only one other customer in the store, so I didn't have to wait as long as I expected.)
주문할 때 설탕을 묻힐지 말지 미리 말해달라는 안내문이 붙어 있었는데, 뒤늦게 확인했다.
(There was a sign asking customers to specify in advance whether they wanted sugar coating or not, but I noticed it a bit late.)
다행히 그 사이 직원분이 먼저 물어봐주셔서 놓치지 않고 답할 수 있었다.
(Luckily, the staff member asked me first, so I was able to answer in time.)
후기 (Review)
집에 돌아와서 먹었는데, 떡볶이가 기대 이상으로 맛있었다.
(I brought everything home to eat, and the tteokbokki was even more delicious than expected.)
핫도그는 말할 필요도 없이 만족스러웠고, 오랜만에 먹어서인지 더 맛있게 느껴졌다.
(The hotdog was, of course, just as satisfying, and since it had been a while since I'd had one, it tasted even better.)
다음번에는 핫도그 세트로도 한번 주문해보고 싶다는 생각이 들었다.
(Next time, I'd like to try ordering the hotdog set as well.)
이번 떡볶이 세트 구성도 충분히 만족스러운 선택이었다 추천하고 싶다.
(This tteokbokki set combination was a satisfying choice, and I'd recommend it.)
