아브뉴프랑에 위치한 돼지맨숀을 다녀왔다.

후기가 워낙 좋아서 한번쯤 가보고 싶었던 곳이었는데, 평일 오후 1시쯤 방문해서인지 대기 없이 바로 입장할 수 있었다.
(I had wanted to visit after seeing so many good reviews, and since I arrived around 1pm on a weekday, I was seated immediately without any wait.)
매장 분위기는 다크 톤의 인테리어에 테이블마다 환기 덕트가 설치되어 있고 생각보다 넓고 쾌적했다.
(The interior had a dark tone with ventilation ducts installed at every table, and the space was wider and more comfortable than I expected.)
좌석도 여유가 있어서 편하게 앉을 수 있었다.
(The seating had plenty of space, making it easy to sit and relax.)
자리에 앉으면 테이블에 고정된 태블릿으로 주문하는 방식이었다.
(Ordering is done via a tablet fixed to each table.)
메뉴가 다 맛있어 보여서 직원분께 여쭤봤더니 목살을 추천해주셨다.
(Everything on the menu looked good, so I asked a staff member for a recommendation — they suggested the pork neck.)
한돈 인생목살 2인분과 김치찌개를 주문했다.
(I ordered two servings of Hando Life Pork Neck and a kimchi jjigae.)
고기가 나오면 직원이 직접 구워준다.
(When the meat comes out, the staff grills it for you directly.)
이 점이 정말 편했다.

처음에는 소금에 찍어 드시고, 구운 채소는 피쉬소스에 곁들이시라며 맛있게 먹는 방법도 친절하게 알려주셨다.
(The staff kindly explained how to enjoy the meal — dip the meat in salt first, and pair the grilled vegetables with fish sauce.)
청어알, 와사비, 목이버섯 무침 등 사이드 구성도 알차서 질리지 않고 계속 먹게 됐다.
(The side dishes — herring roe, wasabi, and seasoned wood ear mushrooms — were well-composed, keeping every bite interesting.)
추천받은 목살은 두툼하게 썰려 있으면서도 부드러웠고, 육즙이 제대로 살아 있었다.
(The recommended pork neck was thickly sliced yet tender, with the juices fully intact.)
괜히 인기 많은 집이 아니라는 생각이 들었다.
(It was clear why this place is so popular.)
네이버 방문 후기에서 김치찌개가 맛있다는 말을 여러 번 봐서 같이 주문해봤다.
(I had seen the kimchi jjigae praised repeatedly in Naver reviews, so I ordered it as well.)
김치찌개를 시키면 공기밥이 무료로 제공되고, 고기도 적당히 들어 있어 한 끼 식사로 넉넉했다.
(A bowl of rice comes free with the kimchi jjigae, and with a decent amount of meat inside, it was more than enough for a full meal.)
국물 맛은 칼칼하면서도 깔끔해 식사 마무리로 잘 어울렸다.
(The broth was spicy yet clean, making it a perfect way to finish the meal.)
아브뉴프랑 주차장을 이용하면 3시간 무료 주차가 적용돼 식사 후 근처에서 커피 한 잔 하고 나오기에도 여유로운 편이다.
(The Avenue Franc parking lot offers 3 hours of free parking, so there's plenty of time to grab a coffee nearby after the meal.)
무엇보다 이곳은 고기 맛이 좋아, 판교에서 고기가 생각날 때 다시 찾고 싶은 곳이었다.
(Above all, the quality of the meat was excellent — this is a place I'd want to return to whenever I'm craving pork in Pangyo.)
